Manpower are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Northampton for a Warehouse Operative to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract basis with an immediate start!
Start Date: ASAP
Annual Salary: £(phone number removed) per annum
Hours of work:
Two shifts available:
Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and Friday 6am - 2pm
OR
Monday to Thursday 9am - 6pm and Friday 9am - 5pm
Job Purpose:
Whilst primarily picking orders ready for packing and dispatching, the successful candidate will be required to operate a fork lift truck. You will be required to have enthusiasm, drive and a great attention to detail ensuring our clients products are packed correctly and stored within the warehouse. Furthermore, you will be required to work alongside the team carrying out regular warehouse duties such as goods-in, picking, packing, dispatching and maintaining high standards to ensure a safe working environment is maintained.
Successful candidate will need:
A current FLT licence and be able to operate a Flex or Bendi forklift and a Counterbalance
An ability to learn new skills and be flexible to undertake different tasks;
Be a team player;
Have a good attention to detail and accuracy;
Good communication
