Position: Collections Agent
Location: Cardiff, CF15 7QU
Work pattern: Hybrid model, 2 days in office with 3 days remote working
Salary: £9.50 per hour, paid weekly
Type: Temporary full time 37.5hrs per week, shift hours fall between 9am and 5pm
We are currently looking for Collections Agents to work on a temporary ongoing basis. You will deal with inbound and outbound calls relating to financial services for a well-known organisation who prides itself on superb customer service.
Key tasks:
* Taking inbound and outbound calls from all existing Finance customers
* Early-stage collections, any debt that is 0-30 days old
* Cancelled direct debit by accident, need to set new direct debit
* Taking payments, chasing customers, taking a promise to pay
* Recalculating payments
Skills:
* Previous customer service experience
* Call centre experience
* Excellent communication
* Previous collections experience preferable but not essential
* Good listening skills
* Able to work towards targets
* Self-motivated
* Able to adapt to customers' needs
* Resilience
This role is initially offered on an on-going basis through Blue Arrow with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate.
