Purchase Ledger Assistant- Full Time - Temp to Perm- Hereford, Herefordshire- £11 Per hour

Hales Group are seeking an experienced accounts support to join their busy accounts team. The candidate will be required to offer accounting support and other business tasks within the veterinary practice.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00- 17:30

Main Duties Include:

Provide accounting support to clinical team
Maintain spreadsheets for practice
Raise sales or recharge invoices according to practice process
Assist with foreign/EU transactions and payments
Monthly bank reconciliation's
Controlling credit to customers
Maintenance of accurate database updates
Maintain filing records
Work with sales and purchase ledgers

Key Requirements Include:

Good organisational skills
Excellent numeracy & literacy skills
Professional telephone and personable manner
Previous experience with accounts
Experience with invoice and ledger handling
