Salary: £30k-£40k(depending on experience)

Location: Hagley Road, Birmingham- 100% Office Based.

Office Angels are proud to be partnering with a Fast-growing company in which they specialise in Short-term Property rental and Property management services.

This role will lead the sales team. This role will work with solely with Assured Short-Term Tenancies.

The main role and responsibilities a Sales manager will be, but no limited to.

In charge of corporate sales strategy
Increase sales performance of the corporate customer portfolio through higher penetration within existing accounts
Acquire new corporate accounts with focus on extended stay (4 nights and more) to increase customer portfolio
Manage key accounts ensuring performance is aligned with commercial strategy and KPI's
Develop Relocation agencies
Develop Insurance network for emergency housing
Conduct regular sales report according to commercial strategy
Manage the relevant CRM, databases, and tools
Conduct regular market and competition checksThe successful Sales manager will possess the following experience:

Proven experience in a similar role
Strong commercial outlook on sales and revenue very focused driven
Excellent sales, customer care, account management and negotiation skills, along with strong presentation and influencing skills
Good knowledge of PMS and CRM, although training will be given
Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office systems
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-Motivation with a 'can do' attitude
Good Communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised and hardworking, whilst working under own initiativeThe successful Sales manager will possess the following skills:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics, or equivalent
Proficient with a property management platform or CRM
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
ARLA qualification
Possess good verbal and written communication skills
Good management and prioritisation of workload
Ability to cope with conflicting demands and deadlines
Work individually or in a team, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work
High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and formatting skills
Capable of using your initiative
Be proactive, flexible, and adaptable
