Recruiter required for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract for an IMMEDIATE START with the ability to work from home anywhere in the UK or in the office.
Ideally you will have come an internal/agency background and have knowledge of recruiting preferably within media or publishing.

The Recruiter will support the Lead Recruiter in New York and the Senior HR Manager in London to deliver a world-class recruiting function that attracts the best talent. The role will can be fully remote of office based. The choice is yours!
Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for various positions within different levels of the company
Following the internal interview process you will be responsible for; the requisition process, review job descriptions and advertise jobs, review resumes, phone screen to qualify candidates, set up interviews with hiring managers, schedule debriefs with both candidates and hiring manager, check references
Review high volumes of resumes to screen for interviews
Build and maintain pipeline of potential candidates for key positions within the organisation
Source candidates from job boards, professional networks, social media platforms, LinkedIn and colleges and universitiesProfile
The successful Recruiter will possess the following:
Relevant experience in recruiting (preferably from a media or publishing environment)
Previous knowledge of managing full-lifecycle recruiting
Sourcing
Campaign set up and screening
Interview process
Outcome management
A natural sales ability, are a very strong communicator and writer, and have an engaging personality (people like to talk with you)
The ability to proactively complete tasks and meet ever-changing deadlines with minimal supervision
A proven track record of exceeding recruitment metrics (time to fill, call back rate, cost to fill, etc)Job Offer
This Recruiter role is a full-time position, 12 months FTC, with the ability to work from home anywhere in the UK or in the office.
Hours of work are: 9.00am - 6.00pm
