Support Worker, Supported Living –Kidderminster – Up to £20,907
This organisation provides care to adults across England. They focus on always providing quality care in a variation of settings including residential, supported living and outreach. They also operate in a not-for-profit bases and invest their funds back into the services to ensure clients and staff are the focus of all decisions made.
 
This is a 24 hour, supported living service in Kidderminster. It is a busy service for 3 individuals with learning disabilities and autism. The service users enjoy being on the go whenever possible and like to participate in various activities in the community. You will use your skills to support with various activities such as shopping, managing budgets and cooking as well as supporting with all elements of care.
 
This is a full time, permanent position and due to providing 24hr care, you will be required to work a range of shifts from 7:00am – 2:00/3:00 to 9:00pm/10:00pm. This includes sleep ins and waking nights and some weekends.
 
To apply for this role, you must have the following
-             Full UK drivers license with access to own vehicle.
-              Experience with adults.

-              Commitment to personal development.
 
You will be offered a salary of £17,190 based on 37 hours / £20,907 based on 45 hours.
