Location - Lewes, Car Driver essential due to location
Hours - 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday, could be some flex for the right candidate
Salary - up to £35,000
This is an exciting HR Generalist role that can make a difference, with lots of opportunities for a varied workload and strategic projects.
About the role:
Assisting the line managers in understanding and implementing procedures and policies
First point of contact for high level HR matters, meeting with managers to understand any new ways of working or issues
Recruiting staff, interviewing, advertising, developing job descriptions
Dealing with any disciplinaries as necessary
Managing sickness
Supporting HR Director with strategic workforce planning and organisational design
Retention and attraction strategies
Assisting HR projectsAbout you:
Sound HR technical knowledge, able to express these terms in non-technical language to other departments
Consultative approach, good people skills
Experienced in supporting managers with HR needs
Friendly, supportive, engaging
