Page Personnel are excited to be partnering with a leading logistics distribution and supply chain business, based in Prescot, who are looking for a HR Systems Specialist to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You will be responsible for supporting the HRIS implementation, and all aspects of system administration.

Description
The HR Systems Specialist will be responsible for:
HRIS system administration
System implementations (HRIS, L&D, Payroll)
Assisting with the payroll process
Recruitment including advertisement, background checks, issuing contracts, and inductions
Resolving employee relations issues
Setting up and running training courses
Profile
The successful HR Systems Specialist will have:
A proven track record of HRIS system administration and project management
Experience of working in a generalist HR role
CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
Team Player
Exceptional IT skills, with an ability to pick up new systems quickly
Keen eye for detail
