Production Operative
Hours - Training - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm
Normal working hours - Days 6am - 6pm
Pay rate - £10ph Days / £10.30ph

Ethero are currently recruiting for a Production Operative in Hortonwood for a friendly and clean paper straw manufacturer. We are looking for people that are available for both Rotating Morning and Afternoons but also able to move to 12 hours 4 on 4 off after Christmas.

Key role and responsibilities for Production Operative
• Operate straw wrapping machines, ensuring it is running correctly
• Reporting any issues to team leaders
• Quality checking against examples
• Packing and placing onto pallets

Minimum requirements for Production Operatives
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience with in factory environment
• Excellent time keeping and time management
• Available to work 12 hour shifts
• Good numeracy and basic computer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
