Manpower is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer with a large bakery foods producer in Belfast, one of the most recognisable brands in the UK.
We are looking for a Mechanical bias with some multi-skilled experience
Well respected top employer in Belfast with low staff turnover
2 3 2 shift rotating across 2 weeks days & 2 weeks nights
Excellent salary package £40k with generous pension contributions matching up to 10%
The Role
Carry out engineering tasks in an efficient and effective manner, in line with good manufacturing practice, following health & safety and company policy
Mechanical and electrical maintenance on production machinery to ensure downtime is minimal and machines are running efficiently
Diagnose faults and breakdown repairs
Work with planning and PM schedules to ensure daily priorities are met
Contribute to continuous improvement and production processes
Help engineering projects when required
Work in line with electricity at work legislation and electrical code of practice
What we are looking for
Minimum Level 3 qualified Engineering/ Mechanical
3 + years maintenance experience in production or manufacturing
Strong mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge
Preferably multi-skilled/ electrical experience
Preferably hold 18th edition wiring regs
