Employment Placement Coordinator

Meridian are currently recruiting on behalf of employment training company based in Taunton who are seeking a new Employment Coordinator to join their team. This is a very varied position that requires the successful applicant have excellent communication skills and polite, positive approach to work.
Role Duties:
Work with local teams to identify new and existing opportunities for service users
Take responsibility for generating business leads with potential employers
Develop relationships with key stakeholders
Account management.
Keep up-to-date on changes and developments within the labour market
Ensure information on vacancies is communicated promptly to the operations teams
Work closely with operations teams to ensure that employers have access to the most appropriate individuals for their business.Requirements:
Business to business sales, marketing, networking skills desirable
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at grade ‘C’ or above
Knowledge of employment legislation governing recruitment practices
Administration or delivery of recruitment and assessment processesRole Overview
Permanent role
Full or part time options available
Monday to Friday (F/T) (08:30- 16:30)
Induction, training, and support for new team member will be providedBenefits
Salary of £25,000- £28,000 depending on experience
22 days A/L + bank holidays
