Administrator, Entertainment and Leisure based in Coventry, salary £20,000 per annum, 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays.

From having started from a corner in our garage we have now become the UK's leading spa booking agency and last year arranged spa experiences for over 75,000 much valued customers. There is no let-up in our drive to continue our growth.

We are now looking for an Administrator to join our fantastic team to support with the administration tasks necessary for the Company.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Part-time positions will also be considered, minimum of 25 hours. Immediate start available.

Administrator Main Duties:

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Replying to general customer queries via email.
  • Booking spa breaks by email or phone at the request from the customers.
  • Re-arranging spa bookings due to cancellations.
  • Processing and packing gift voucher orders.
  • Updating Trust Pilot online review platform.
  • Ensuring the Company’s procedures are followed in all relevant administrative systems.
  • Supporting the team with various related administration duties.
  • Undertaking any other duties which are consistent with the function of the job including attending staff meetings and attending training courses as necessary.

 

Administrator Necessary Skills, Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to organise your own workload.
  • An excellent team player and ability to support colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident with IT software including, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • IT literate.
  • Good time management skills.
