Due to expansion, this leading housing and property organisation, based in Central London, are currently looking to recruit an Rents Finance Manager to join their busy team.

Client Details

The client is a Registered Provider of affordable housing across England, working with the largest house builders to deliver new housing for Shared Ownership (part buy, part rent) and low-cost rental homes.

Description

The Rents Finance Manager's duties will include:

Lead, motivate and manage the rent accounting team.
Ensuring all rent adjustments are entered on the ledger accurately.
Ensuring processing of all period charges on ledger.
Respond to internal and external queries on rent payments and receipts.
Banking of all cheque payments relating to rents is made.
Regularly review and control the Group rent suspense account, liaising with other staff to resolve problems and queries.Profile

The successful Rents Finance Manager will be someone who has a strong attention to detail and has previously worked in a similar role.

You will need to have experience leading a team, as well as have the ability to deal with external auditors and staff at management level.

This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who is towards the end of their ACCA studies and looking to develop their finance and managerial skills with the potential to grow into other opportunities in the future.

Job Offer
