Class 1 Driver

Manpower are currently seeking a Class 1 Driver with a career driven mindset to join our client on a permanent basis. Our client is one of the NHS' waste care providers. The business is very much within a high period of growth, therefore this is a position for those who are looking for a long-term career.

The day will begin at the depot, which has refreshment facilities available on site. This is purely a hazardous waste collection role and you will be required to collect waste from hospital collection points. You will then load the bins onto a tail lift and secure the load.

You will be working on a trunking route travelling from the Wrexham site to make collections across Wales. There is a relative physical element to this position however it is a more driving based role.

Collection of hazardous waste
Trunking
2-3 collections per shift
Mon-Fri or 4 on 4 off available
Night shifts available to suit
Starting between 16:00-18:00pm
46.25 hour working weeks available

Category C+E Entitlement
A keen attitude to learn new skills and develop yourself
Good communication skills as you will be dealing with a Transport Planner and Plant Operatives
A clean driving licence
A career motivated individual
