Interaction Accountancy and Finance are actively recruiting for a HR Payroll Officer, to join our clients reputable and well-established business located In Peterborough. This is a part time, permeant position. Competitive salary up to £30K.
Responsibilities for this role include:
· Assist with employee relations issues, advising and guiding line managers on the appropriate
· actions.
· Maintain compliant policies and procedures for processing payroll checks
· Complete end-to-end monthly payroll including RTI submission.
· Process statutory payment calculations including SSP, SMP, SPP.
· Co-ordinate pension scheme enrolment and monthly submissions.
· Maintain personnel records on internal HRIS.
· Generate monthly reports on HR & Payroll KPI's, issuing to managers for review.
· Support with ad-hoc HR & Payroll projects.
· Setting up new starters & leavers on iHCM
· Conduct payroll reports for each department and running the overtime file on iHCM
· Processing holiday, sick pay and maternity
· Making sure that all time sheets have been authorised.
The successful candidate will have:
· Experience in iHCM
· Manual calculations
· Previous experience in payroll (prebubble manufacturing, but not essential)
· Computer skills in Microsoft, Excel, Word and ADP iHCM System
· Complete understanding of Payroll legislation
· Confident with spreadsheet
· Great attention to detail
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday
· No weekends
Experience:
· Payroll: 2 year (preferred)
