We are working with a fun and vibrant Creative Agency based near the beautiful Notting Hill. They are looking for the newest member of their team to support the Head of Marketing

JOB TITLE: Marketing and Events Coordinator
JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent
COMPANY TYPE: Creative Agency
SALARY: £26,000-£28-000 *depending on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm
LOCATION: London, North Kensington
CULTURE: Creative environment with an energetic team
Responsibilities/Duties
You will be responsible for the organisation of resources to support the smooth delivery of multiple marketing and events projects including:
Booking photoshoots
Booking screenings
Updating their database and monitoring spreadsheets
Contacting clients regarding marketing information
Coordinating charity events
Coordinating marketing activities
Supporting at events and exhibitions
Skills and Experience
1-2 years' experience in a similar administrative role within a creative environment
Degree Educated *
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience using databases preferred
*Or equivalent
