ADECCO are recruiting for a Vehicle and H&S Administrator for their client based in Kidwelly.
Full-time and Part-time applications welcome!

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing employer of choice in the area.
This role will co-ordinate the company's fleet of vehicles and provide administrative support to the H&S Manager.
An ideal opportunity for an experienced vehicle fleet administrator or someone looking to start their career in H&S!
The Role:
- First point of contact for vehicle bookings or queries, and arrange vehicle collections and deliveries
- Liaise with insurance companies re. negotiate cover, processing claims, breakdown provision etc.
- Ensure H&S policies and procedures are reviewed regularly, updates and adhered to
- Maintain an organised electronic and physical filing system
- Attend meetings and site visits, take minutes, compile follow-up reports, and ensure actions are completed
- Book H&S training with external companies
- Be GDPR compliant at all times
The Ideal Candidate:
- Administration experience within vehicle management
- Administration experience within H&S
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Driving licence is essential for this role
