Our client is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Temporary to permanent basis in Braintree.
Sales Coordinator
Main duties
Maintaining regular contact with existing & potential customers using CRM
Regularly updating and maintaining CRM, ensuring customer/company details are correct and up to date
Preparing quotations for applications & kit of parts enquiries using Quotewerks software
Chasing up quotations & processing customer orders
Checking and processing customer orders to ensure customer file is updated
Low level; basic Technical support
Top customer call outs from CRM
Preparation of company work packs, promotional/ product portfolio laminates & CDROMs
Attending Sales Meeting
Logging/ following up Supplier leads & referrals
Maintain visit prospect list & arranging Sales Engineer visits
Organising and ordering suppliers catalogues
Providing support to Sales team
General Administration, phone answering, filing etc
Location: Braintree
Salary: £12.30 p/h
Days required to work: Monday-Friday
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm
3 Fridays per month: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Type: Temp - perm
Start Date: ASAP
