Children's Support Worker

Pay Rates:

£11.00 ph Ltd Weekdays
£11.50 ph Ltd Weekends
£16.50 ph Ltd Bank Holidays

Contract: Temporary to Permanent - 6 months consistent agency then join the company on permanent basis
Location:
Greenwich, South London
Role:
Assisting and supporting the children in line with their care plans to enable them to maximise their potential. Service users range from 10 to 18 years old and host a range of needs such as mental health issues, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour, and substance misuse. You will be helping the service users to lead a more independent life through supporting with social skills, education, and domestic skills.
Candidate:

Has relevant experience in a similar setting or holds qualifications relating to care of young adults
Demonstrates passion for care with an enthusiastic personality, patience, and resilience.
Works well autonomously and as part as a team
Requirements:

Is flexible in their availability to meet the needs of the home
Holder of a valid UK driving licence is preferred
NVQ in Health and social care preferably level 3
Full Time applicants only
