Job Title- Income Officer

Location- Barnsley

Contract length- 4 Months

Our client is looking for an income/rent officer to liaise with and assist front line services with enquiries on rental matters.

The successful candidate will have the following responsiblities;

-Advise and support housing management on rental issues

-Determine and process the customers' preferred payment option

-Monitor rent accounts and other housing-related debts

-ensure prompt and appropriate contact is made with customers who fall into arrears of rent and or other charges
