COMPETITIVE SALARY OF £19,266
WORKING A SHIFT PATTERN (INITIAL 12 WEEKS MONDAY TO FRIDAY: 9:00am - 5:30pm)
START DATE: 13th December
The Role:
Carrying out customer resolution administration tasks
Meeting our clients standards
Ensuring KPIs and service levels are met through answering inbound customer service calls
Engaging in daily team chats with your peers in order to provide and receive support
Receiving high quality coaching and training to satisfy client requirements
Working with Microsoft Office 365 and CRM systems
A Successful Candidate Will Display The Following:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Has a passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to build good rapport with customers
Self-motivation to find the right solution for client customers
Computer literate
Strong attention to detail
