Recruitment Resourcer Nottingham hybrid working

Due to a successful 2021, Adecco Nottingham currently have some very exciting plans for growth of the Nottingham office and we are now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our high achieving team!

Benefits:

Up to £23,000 per annum
Central Nottingham location - hybrid working model - mix between home and office based
21 days holidays + bank holidaysDuties and Responsibilities:

Sourcing candidates through multiple platforms
Using job boards, social media, internal systems and all other available tools to attract high quality candidates
Pre-screen and qualify candidates for vacancies
Preparing and posting high quality job adverts
Collating all relevant right to work documents from candidates
Keeping applicants up to date with progress of their applicationsSkills/Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Resourcer
Previous experience within a recruitment agency is preferable
Natural ability to build rapport
Have a communicative and customer focused working style
Motivated and positive outlook
Strong organisational skills
Analytical with meticulous attention to detail
