We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a successful machinery hire company based in Harrogate. Enjoy great benefits such as a competitive salary, company pension scheme, life insurance and 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays).

You'll utilise excellent customer service and administration skills, confidently managing relationships with both customers and associated departments within the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced and vibrant environment, and you're able to process a high volume of orders with accuracy, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

Provide first line contact for customers, delivering excellent customer service from point of order through to completion and delivery
Identify and convert opportunities to maximise profitable hires and sales
Support the sales team to increase customer base
Arrange delivery and collection of orders in accordance with customer requirements
Process all orders and complete paperwork relating to hires and transfers
Ensure that all equipment hired to customers has been properly tested in accordance with company procedures
Maintain good knowledge of the division's equipment for hire and sale, liaise with depot team to ensure availability of equipment
Respond to customer requests and queries in a timely and professional manner
Carry out admin work as requiredBenefits:

The working hours are 40 hours, Monday - Friday, working between 8am-6pm, with a competitive starting salary of between £22,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
