Part Time Administrator

Part time Administrator needed with Bath and North East Somerset Council

Start Date- ASAP

Contract End date- 3 months

Hours per week - 22.5 hours per week

Salary - £10.79 ltd per hour

Location - Bath

Description

To join a busy Mental Health Admin Team
You will receive peer support and supervision from one of the managers in the team
This will involve answering the phone to people who use the service, other professionals and providers
You will need to have a sensitive and appropriate telephone manner and you will need not to be easily phased by individuals ringing in asking for help who may be unwell or stressed by their situation
There may be a need to cover reception duties when required
You may be asked to minute meetings but these are not frequent
There is a degree of data entry and records management but you will receive training and support in this area if required

What is required?

GCSE Level A-C in English and Maths
Previous Administrative experience
