An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our clients busy team on a contract basis. This role is based in central Edinburgh and is to start ASAP and is a temporary ongoing basis. The salary is £10 per hour
Hours:
The shift would be 7am - 3pm or 2pm - 10pm Monday to Sunday on a rotational basis
Purpose of role:
You will be responsible for the candidate management of our clients workers and will act as the first point of contact to help support all worker queries. This is a very busy role where you would take/make 100 calls per day.
Main duties will include:
Answer telephone calls and emails from candidates and input new shift information onto our bespoke software.
Managing inbound/outbound calls to workers in order to gain their availability for current and future shifts and encourage ongoing worker compliance. In addition, educating candidates to utilise our online bespoke booking system
Resolve any candidate queries and ensure that these are responding within an efficient time frame.
Action and train candidates on daily errors if they experience this within the project.
Build relationships with candidates working within the project.Experience Required:
Previous Customer Service/Call Centre experience essential
Great communication skills
Can demonstrate great attention to detail
You enjoy building relationships
Able to prioritise and multi - task
Great organisation skills
Professional and friendly demeanour
