Maintenance Engineer
Boston, Linconshire
£38,000 PA. OTE £50,000 PA
Continental shift pattern, 12 hour shifts (4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, 4 off)
Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical bias sought within FMCG producer, offering excellent & consistent overtime earning potential!
The role will suit any electrically biased maintenance engineer, from any manufacturing, production or industrial process environment. Suitable candidates will hold a relevant mechanical or electrical qualification.
You will join a team of experienced maintenance engineers, operating in a multi skilled capacity in a 24/7 rotating engineering shift operation. The role will have 75% bias towards PPM and engineering improvements, the remainder being reactive breakdown support on shift. You will work on a range of high-volume food production machinery, with a degree of automation (PLC's) on site.
