Admin Assistant
Taunton, Somerset

Meridian are currently recruiting for a well-respected Solicitors firm in Taunton who are seeking a new Administrator due to progression. This is a very varied position that requires the successful applicant to be Physically capable due to the moving of files, boxes ect across sites.
Role Duties:
File opening, including the creation and issuing of the documents to clients
Filing, including the storage and retrieval of client files.
Make notes and update the internal database as required.
Postroom duties, including incoming and outgoing post, scanning and distribution of post.
Printing and photocopying
Some reception work when required
Archiving and file closure support– including manual handling of boxes and working in offsite storage buildings.Requirements:
Good IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to undertake manual handling tasks to include lifting boxes above shoulder height
Strong attention to detail
Flexible approach to work
Supportive member of the team
Polite and professional manner
Positive attitude towards work
Full UK driving licence advantageousRole Overview
Permanent role
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Previous administration experience is advantageous
