£23.368 per hr weekend working £48,605.44
£25.049 per hr including weekend working and overtime rate plus weekend working £52,092.00

Pertemps are now recruiting for a HGV Mechanic with a Class 1 Licence on behalf of a large distribution company based in He4mel Hempstead
As an HGV Mechanic you will be responsible for the service and repair of a large fleet of vehicles in a safe efficient and economical manner.
Your Responsibilities;
" To carry out all aspects of vehicle maintenance and to pass all legal and company specified tests.
" To maintain to the highest standards of vehicle maintenance
" Ensuring all work is accurately documented
" To actively maintain our safe working environment at all time
What will you need to succeed?
" The ability to communicate well to those around you
" The appropriate driving license for our vehicles is preferred
" Experience of working within a similar heavy goods vehicle maintenance environment
" Experience of DAF vehicles preferred
" Trailer servicing experience
" A safety first approach
" Excellent team working skills - happily supporting and assisting those around you
" Focus and dedication to quality service at all times
" A forward thinking approach - able to identify and solve problems if they arise
" Great organisational skills and the ability to prioritise where needed
" A level headed approach in all situations
" The ability to display initiative
