Role details and responsibilities:

Collecting balances from customers
Answering calls and liaising with Customer Service Manager
Managing customer data onto Excel spreadsheets
Emailing customers with information such as delivery schedules, product care emails
Preparing price lists
Checking invoices
Co-ordinate the full installation process from order to delivery
Assist the Operations Team Manager with managing operational routes
Manage the Vend Manager software system in relation to operations & service
Order equipment with manufacturers
Manage customer satisfaction throughout and post installation
Co-ordinate machine & product launches at new sites
Co-ordinate installations and logistics with the sales team
Keep machine pricing up to date on the server for the sales team
Manage the stock of parts for the field service team
Co-ordinate the ordering of new vehicles and vehicle returns
Excellent internal and external communication skills with a passion for customer service
Strong knowledge of general office IT/equipment
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills
