Tooling Coordinator

Tooling Coordinator - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:00am till 4:30pm

Fresh Start are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Mansfield for a Tooling Coordinator to join their business on a temporary to permanent basis.

Duties include:

* Update and maintain the computer system to monitor tooling, jigs and fixtures

* Control the organisation of Jigs and fixtures throughout Production departments.

* Report and record any defects on Jigs, Tools or Fixtures.

* Perform Solder bath, Hotweezer and Soldering iron temperature checks for shop floor Production equipment.

* Organise shop floor Solder bath tinning trials and arrange for replacement solder changes when needed.

* Support jigs and Tools operatives in their day to day tasks when required.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Excellent communicational skills

* Must be computer literate, experience of working with all Microsoft Office packages.

* Attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced working environment
