Job Details
Pertemps are looking for full-time, permanent Trainee Construction Operative to join our industry leading client based in Shawbury. They have almost doubled in size over the past 18 months as well as won numerous awards and they show no sign of slowing down!
The role is ideal for someone with an interest in carpentry or related construction skills looking to get into construction and wanting to build a career with an outstanding local company.
Ideal Candidate
• Interested in starting a career in carpentry or construction
• Eager to learn
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to understand, follow and carry out instructions
• General understanding of health and safety issues
Full accredited training will be provided and no previous experience in construction is necessarily required. You will in turn receive a foundation qualification in a construction related discipline.
40 hours per week - part time and delayed starts considered if completing education
£10p/h – paid weekly and regular overtime available
31 days holiday per year
