We are recruiting PERMANENT FLT (Counterbalance) drivers to work day and night shifts at GEODIS in Lutterworth, LE17 4XY. What will I be doing as an FLT (Counterbalance) Driver?
Retrieving stock from shelves and vehicles
Following all health and safety rules and regulations
Movement of pallets
Operates self-propelled handling equipment
Complete documents specific to activity being performed
Taking care of equipment
Working to set KPI's
Maintaining housekeeping standards
What will I need for this role as an FLT (Counterbalance) Driver?
A valid FLT (Counterbalance) licence
Must have a minimum of 1 years' experience
Courteous and approachable attitude
Communicating effectively as part of a team
Self-motivated with a positive 'can do' approach to work
Reliable and trustworthy
Good verbal and written communication skills
