JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive

LOCATION: Ashford, Kent

SALARY: £13ph

TERM: Temporary (could be permanent opportunities)

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

You will be working for a prestigious instantly recognisable company based in Ashford, Kent. The modern offices are based right by Ashford International Station so if you don't drive this isn't an issue, however free parking is also on offer. This is a Temporary role starting almost immediately, initially for around 2 to 3 months, however they are also recruiting Permanently at the moment so this could be a great career move.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

Supporting the Customer Care team
Receiving and checking emails from Customers
Contacting Customers regarding any missing information or detail
Sending professional and customer friendly emails
Responding to issues and complaints
Calculating and issuing refundsWe'd love to speak to candidates who have:

Strong communication skills both verbally and written
A strong command of the English language (spelling and grammar)
Good IT skills
A strong work ethic
