Technical Sales Coordinator

Main Duties
Processing and monitoring orders from initial enquiry through to delivery
Maintain & build relationships with existing customers.
Generate new business with existing/new customers.
Preparing and submitting quotations in line with customer deadlines
Entering sales orders onto the company ERP system
Co-ordinate import/export documentation; working with carriers & brokers.
Produce Management Information Reports
Dealing with incoming calls and queries
Providing excellent customer service.
Participating in Company/product marketing exercises as required.About you
Background of working in a customer service and sales environment.
Good IT knowledge, excel, word and outlook is essential.
Good communication skills both written and oral.
Comfortable with working to targets and deadlines.
