Office Administrator with HR

Are you available immediately to start a new role? One of our long standing clients in the London Bridge area, are looking for someone to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

This is a busy, friendly charity who need a helping hand across the organisation. Day to day, you will be assisting the Marketing and HR teams along with providing general support for the rest of the charity.

JOB TYPE: Temp to Perm Administrator

SALARY: £11 per hour depending on experience / £23,000 permanent

START DATE: ASAP

COMPANY TYPE: Charity

HOURS: 5 days per week - 9am to 5pm

LOCATION: London Bridge Area

Duties

Some reception cover and dealing with some incoming calls
Assisting Marketing department, social media posts, updating marketing documents
Assisting HR department, organising recruitment packs for events, screening candidates, setting up interviews
Setting up virtual meetings
Some diary management
Booking meeting rooms and travel
Ordering office suppliesExperience

Experience within an office environment
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills at all levels
Proactive with great work ethic
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook and Excel
Available immediately
