JOB TITLE: Recruitment Administrator - Global Publishing Company
JOB TYPE: Temporary - ongoing
SALARY: £13-15 per hour depending on experience
START DATE: ASAP
COMPANY TYPE: Publishing Company
HOURS: 5 days per week - 9:30am to 17.30pm
LOCATION: Hybrid working - a laptop will be provided
CULTURE: Informal, laid back, social but hardworking!
This is a temporary opportunity for up to 6 months, you must be available immediately and be happy to work from home and in the office. You must have experience working in a HR team to a senior level.
Key Responsibilities
Working timely and efficiently in scheduling interview and responding to queries
Communicating daily with hiring manager, 3rd party agencies and candidates
Dealing closely with 3rd party recruitment agencies to bring the best candidates forward for interview, following policies and procedures.
Coordinating diaries, of interviewing panellists, meeting rooms and candidates.
Manage the recruitment portal, keeping up to date current vacancies and JD's available
Manage the recruitment process, from initial meeting with hiring manager to conclusion of position filledPlease note that this job profile is not an exhaustive list of duties but merely an outline of the key components of the role. You may be required by your line manager to take on additional responsibilities when requested.
