JOB TITLE: Operations Credit Controller
FIXED TERM CONTRACT: 6 - 9 months
SALARY: £28,000 - £30,000
LOCATION: Chatham
HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
BASED: Remotely until February, and then you will be office based
BENEFITS: 23 days annual leave + bank holidays, quarterly bonus's, free on-site parking, health care cash back scheme, summer & Christmas team events expenses paid, quarterly and annual employee recognition rewards

The duties would be:
Upload Sales Invoices to Client Portals
Manage Key Accounts Debt
Manage and respond to client queries
Liaising with Legal team to understand the status of client contract reviews
Debt chasing overdue clients
Weekly meetings with Senior Credit Controller discussing progress/hurdles
Train Credit Control Assistant on using client portalsWe'd love to speak to candidates with:
A strong background within Credit Control
Experience managing at least one direct report
