£12.50 P/H + 30 Days Holiday + 4 Day working week + 12 Month Permanent Contract

Are you looking for your next Office Administrator role within a successful local company? Do you want to work for one of the market leading companies within the construction industry?
My Client is one of the leading plant machinery distributors on the island of Ireland. They are a family run business with several different branches though out Northern Ireland and Ireland and are now looking to bring in an office administrator to cover 12 Months Maternity initially.
What you will be doing:
General book keeping
You will be responsible for all invoice + crediting
Answering the switchboard telephone system
You will handle credit control duties
Sorting and Scanning e-mails
Register all labour invoices and confirm with manager What you will have:
Hands on administration experience
IT Literate
Good verbal and written communication skills
An ability to learn and adapt quickly
A team player mentality
You will be organised and methodical
Full UK Driving Licence What you will receive:
£12.50 per hour
4 Day working week (Thursday + Friday essential)
30 Days Holidays
