This is a band 5, temporary, full-time Data Administrator role which will be ongoing for the right candidate. The role is based in West London and the successful candidate must be available to work on-site 5 days.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Data Administrator band 5 role are:
Gain an understanding of the PowerTrials add-on within the Cerner Millenium system
Build protocols in PowerTrials by collecting study details and entering data onto PowerTrials
Registering Amendments when needed and uploading updated versions of the trial documents following the amendments
Liaise with the Divisional Research Management Teams to collect and clarify any requirements for protocol building
Checking information on Documas system about clinical trials and review uploaded protocols to cross check the study details
Assign research teams to the correct clinical trials on the Cerner interface, so that adequate access rights are given as per the role specified
Build basic study screening rules based on pre-determined inclusion and exclusion criteria, if these were requested by the research teams
Liaising with the research teams about any additional information about the trials, if needed
Act as the first point of contact for research teams to address any questions regarding the protocol information on PowerTrials
Contact ICT to request that a PowerTrials username be deactivated as soon as a member of the research team stops working on clinical trials at Imperial
Liaise with the ICT department and Cerner Back Office to ensure all aspects of the system are working as expected, and raise tickets should any issues need fixing or change requests be logged
Maintain an active relationship and dialogue with the Imperial Trust ICT department, to work through any issues or updates regarding the PowerTrial functionality or Cerner accessProfile
The successful candidate for the Data Administrator role must have extensive experience in a data administrator role, be available to start immediately and be able to work on-site 5 days.
