We are looking to recruit an on-going temporary Transport Administrator, employed via Manpower, to assist the Transport Controller and transport department with everyday tasks.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with the drivers on daily basis
Answering calls (absences, issues)
Driver's debriefing
Checking hours
General office duties
You will need to:
Have a good IT system skills (ideally MS Office)
Knowledge of driving E1 system (not essential)
Experience in logistic
Display a can-do attitude with energy and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to multi-task
Full training will be provided.
If you are successful in being offered this role, you will be required to carry out pre-employment checks including: 5 year address history, 3 year employment history, criminal record check and be medically fit to work.

(37.5 hours per week with 0.5 h break)
