Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have strong organisational skills? We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Administrator to join a leading global organisation based in Avonmouth, Bristol.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a salary of £21k-24k plus excellent benefits including private medical insurance, life assurance, free onsite gym, free parking and regular company events as well as structured career development.
As Operations Administrator you will be providing administrative support to the Operations Coordinators and the Operations Department.
You will be supporting the business with general office duties such as setting up meetings, daily outgoing post, arranging travel requirements for field-based personnel (flights, flights, car hire, accommodation, visa application, etc.)
In addition, you will be placing orders with suppliers, tracking deliveries, booking in goods, signing off invoices as well as updating accounting spreadsheets and contributing to month end procedures.
We are keen to hear from applicants with previous administration experience; you will be a highly organised individual, with exceptional attention to detail. You will have a high standard of written and verbal communication, have a confident telephone manner, and be flexible in your approach to work. You will be comfortable working autonomously and be able to remain focused in a fast-paced working environment. Strong IT skills are required, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
