Competitive Salary + Generous Benefit Package
Permanent, Full-time
Monday-Friday
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an established and growing business, which offers a friendly, employee-focused working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative duties, including:
Manage calendars and book appointments
Take inbound calls and greet visitors
Take minutes in meetings and write up reports
Organise electronic and physical filing systemsThe Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a related PA or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with experience using Microsoft Office.
