Duties:

Customer Service

Telephone reception
Managing customer orders (Swedish & English) (telephone, fax, email,)
Managing representative orders
Handling all product inquiries / information
General administrative tasks related to Customer Service
Participation in continuous training on products/processes
Managing account master data

Returns/Complaints management and logistics

Opening and sorting of mail (interim)
Returns/Complaints management (interim)
Clarification of exceptional cases
Follow-up of shipments to customers
Backorders handling Skills:

Commercial education of advantage
Good user knowledge in handling office programs
Native Swedish speaker and fluent level of English
Perfect speech, excellent oral and written fluency
Product and customer orientation
Personality and appearance which reflect the corporate culture and brand(s)
Organization skills
Reliable and loyal person with team orientation
