Job Details
My client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will support the team with general administrative tasks and during your induction you will be trained in all areas, however you will have your own area of responsibility.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible for the premises - arranging maintenance visits, liaising with suppliers, contractors on-site, utilities
· Health & Safety -audits, policies and procedures, staff training, setting up and updating H&S Database
· Insurance - property, liability, cyber and any other relevant policies, renewal process, annual review, day to day communication
· GPDR - co-ordinating working party and tasks, audit, checking systems and processes are being followed and policy updates
· Office equipment - ensuring best use of equipment, fixing issues, purchasing new kit and liaising with suppliers
· General administrative duties e.g. emails, post, scanning, photocopying, ordering stationery, supplies and gifts
· Ongoing research tasks
· One off projects
· Obtaining quotations for the team
