Job Details

Randstad CPE Facilities Management division is recruiting for a Facilities Contract Compliance Administrator on the behalf of our client who are a market-leader within the FM industry. This is a full time and permanent position, to support the Operations Manager to monitor technical maintenance . The post holder will ensure the records are in place and any remedial works/recommendations are undertaken, and recommendations are passed on to the end-client.

The package:

Salary of £25,000 per annum
Core hours Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

Main point of contact for subcontractors, managing their processes and prompting updates
Compliance for reactive & PPM work orders
Managing complaints and escalations effectively
Collating figures for monthly reporting
Filing, scanning and tracking of paperwork
Keen attention to detail and auditing
Minute and note taking
Provide general administrative supportPerson specification:

An experienced Administrator
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
