Job Description
Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a support worker to work within a supported living service in Croydon, South London. This is a 6-month temporary agency role, with the outlook of this becoming permanent with the employer.

Location - Croydon, South London
Pay - £11 ph Ltd (Day), £11.50 ph Ltd (Waking Nights & Weekends), £16 ph Ltd (Bank Holidays)
Hours - Full Time, Minimum 33+ Hours per week, 3 x 11-hour Shifts
Shifts - Day Shift (8am-8pm) Waking Night Shift (8pm-8am)

A support worker vacancy in the Croydon, South London area has become available. It is a 3-Month temporary agency post with the view of becoming permanent with the employer. The service provides care to young people and children that suffer from various mental health issues, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities. You will be expected to safeguard and prioritise the welfare of the young people whilst ensure they develop and establish positive and rewarding relationships with yourself and others. We are looking for candidates who are willing to be flexible in both days and nights.

Candidate Requirements

Essential to have Diploma L3 in Health & Social Care and young people's workforce
Essential to have previous experience working with young people in a care environment or applicable voluntary experience.
Essential to have experience working with support and assessment planning framework.
Preferable to be able to drive.
Flexibility towards working unsociable hours.
