Job Details

My client, a leading supplier of Door and Door safety related products, is currently looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join their busy team based in Hertfordshire. 

You will be responsible for a number of National Accounts, looking after existing clients and being a sole point of contact to ensure smooth running of live and new contracts, being pro-active and reactive to allow the business to run smoothly. 

As the National Accounts Specialist, you will take full ownership of account management and work in partnership with your customers. 

Responsibilities include: 

Managing accounts by working closely with our six branches, ensuring KPI's are met, managed and adhered too for all reactive maintenance visits, quoted work and PPMs (Pre-Planned Maintenance). 

Using both our systems in addition to our customer specific portals to invoice, as well as continually keep our customers and wider service department updated on all account requirements. 

Leading client service reviews and providing accurate and regular reports on service performance to the customers as well as internal management teams. 

As a Senior, you will be available to assist in escalations on accounts outside your immediate responsibility to provide assistance for the National Accounts team. 

While the office hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday- Friday, you may be required to assist with urgent enquiries, relating to National Accounts, via phone, on occasions outside of normal office hours. 

What do we want from you? 

Previous experience within an account management role, dealing with KPIs, monitoring performance and providing regular review information for continuing account success. 

Great analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Able to build strong and positive relationships with both Customers and internal staff. 

Experience with Salesforce is desirable, but not essential. However, you will need to be confident in using a range of systems. 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally. 

Experience in presenting to a range of stakeholders.
