Customer Service Executive offering full training, modern offices based in Hertford, a starting salary of up to £20,500 + Benefits

The role of Customer Service Executive:

• Managing the reservation process for some of UK’s best restaurants
• Problem solving to ensure the best possible outcome for the guest 
• Accurately booking tables, meeting customer and restaurant requirements
• Proposing solutions where chosen requirements are not available
• Sending email booking confirmations / dealing with email accounts

The ideal Customer Service Executive:

• You will need a proactive nature, a strong work ethic and good literacy skills
• While full training will be provided, some experience in dealing with people is desirable
• A professional telephone manner
• Strong work ethic with high standards

Working hours:

• Our offices are open between 9am and 9pm, 7 days a week
• Full time, working a 40 hour week on a fixed rota basis between these times
