Home Manager

My client is a large, national provider for Adults Social Care. They specialise in bespoke care in residential, supported living and community settings. They support adults with mental health, Learning Disability, ABI and Dementia. They pride themselves on providing quality care at all times, and to enable and empower their service users to live fulfilled lives where possible. 
 
This is a residential service to support the specific needs of people with autism to enable each individual to reach their fullest potential within a safe, structured, stimulating environment.
 
This service is rated ‘Good’ Across the board, and we are looking for a strong, experienced manager to push to take us up again to outstanding!

This is a 9-5 Monday to Friday role, with some flexibility expected. 
 
To apply for this role, you must have the following,

Experience as a manager in similar environment 
NMC Qualified and have a Nurse background
Good knowledge of regulations and CQC standard 
QCF Level 5 (or equivalent) 
Passionate and caring
