Job Title: Administration Assistant (Temporary)
Location: Northampton
Salary:£9.13 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm
Interaction recruitment are looking for an administration assistant to join our client in Northampton.
Key responsibilities
Take responsibility for the recruitment and registration of candidates, ensuring the onboarding process is consistent and compliant for all business needs.
Ensuring all candidates ID and documents are collected and files accordingly.
Facilitating interview processes by following the company process to invite, confirm and schedule all interview stages with candidates.
Contact referees and request references for candidates.
Make sure all staff data is accurate and kept up to date with candidates being notified of their application status.
Monitor response rates and quality of applications for your assigned roles, taking quick action to help with job board search engine optimization.
Using data to research appropriate and alternative advertising channels, obtain quotes and record costs where necessary.
Evaluate internal processes and suggest changes and improvements where necessary.
Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to evidence effective recruitment campaigns.
Ensure all training is up to date and update internal and external training matrix
Complete inventory checks on uniforms.
Carry out induction presentations monthly for new staff.
Be responsible for setting up staff on to the training system
